What can you do?

Hello to all of my friends! This part of my website is just for you, and I would LOVE to hear from you! I'd like you to tell me what you've been doing in your hobbies, and what you have found easy or hard to do. I know a lot of you are very good at swimming, if you send me an email you might find your name on this page! That would be so cool!

I have been trying lots of new activities recently. I went to an open day at a sports centre and they had archery, a climbing wall, badminton and basketball to try. I tried them all!

I recently tried Zumbatomic at school which was great fun and lots of hard work! Me and my friends laughed lots and lots and I tried really hard to Zumba along with my friends. Have you tried it?



Wow Casper you're doing great!


Casper Searle who is 5 achieved his first belt in Kung Fu. It is called first Kung Fu level and it’s a white sash. Under 5s are in a class called Little Dragon's. He has worked so hard every week and he uses the full force of his Herbie arm. The team at the Kung Fu school have adapted the warm up exercises so that Casper can participate in everything, and he has a go at every technique . Matt the super swimmer!


Matt did just keeps on getting better and better at his swimming, a little bird recently told me that Matt has now got to Level 5 with his swimming! That's amazing Matt!


Ella the footballer!

Ella Emmott is 5, she's been attending football club at school since starting year one in September, and she got the medal for her fantastic skills in football, she was also the only girl on the team!!

Well done Ella, us boys need to watch out, you sound like a super football player!

Katie Worral, what a fantastic swimmer!

18 months ago Katie Worral was determined to prove to her teachers she could swim well, despite not being able to do the strokes properly. Katie’s Mum told friends on the Erb's forum that to everyone's amazement she had managed to struggle through 800m (32 lengths) in an hour & a half. After a lot of hard work in her swimming lessons & also out of the water with physio & strengthening exercises, last week Katie swam the same distance in 29 minutes! She now swims twice a week in the top group at our local pool, has even been seen trying to do butterfly & even dreams of the Olympics!! Well done Katie and keep up the good work!!
